David has been in the commercialisation ecosystem since 2004. His broad range of experience, including his previous career in banking and finance, sees him recognised as an accomplished commercialisation practitioner.
David considers himself privileged to have lead a significant number of Otago Innovation’s deals and partnering transactions to date, and thrives on supporting the teams’ development and their progressing of proposals to the point of investor readiness. David represents Otago Innovation on a number of national investment committees as well as Brandon Capital Partner’s Australasian committee. He also holds a number of company directorships and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
